How is your mobile phone store different from other ecommerce website?

We show you mobile phones online but do not collect payment online. The actual sale happens when we bring the order to your address and collect payment physically. We provide catalogue on the website for you to look at various brands and models available in stock. Once we receive your online order request, we bring the product to your address and collect payment.


Are you authorized by manufacturer to sell their mobile phones?

Yes, we are authorized mobile dealer in Nagpur for all phone brands sold on our website and at our mobile shop in Nagpur.


What Kind of mobile phones can I order from

You can order NEW handsets from our site and enquire about Used or 2nd hand mobile phones over phone. While fresh pieces are brand new & untouched; used mobiles (that we receive under exchange scheme) undergo cleaning and testing at our mobile repair centre before we bring them up for sale in front of our customers.


Are buyers required to pay sales tax?

All prices shown on the website includes all taxes. No extra payment for sale tax or any other tax


Will my personal info be secure with you?

Our server is secure and uses Firewall to protect user information. Our SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) has highest 256-bit encryption which ensures that all personal data when transferred between your browser and our servers remains safe from any leak or unauthorized use. We are committed to your security.


What happens after I have placed the order?

We will verify details, one of our representatives will call and confirm the order and deliver your phone personally at your doorstep within two hours.


Can I place order over phone?

Yes you may. However is an online store and has invested in the most advanced and state-of-the-art resources for customers to make online order processing convenient and easy. When we accept & process orders online, it keeps our overheads low which impacts pricing of units in your favour. If you find it difficult to order your product online, please call or email us, our representative will happily to walk you through it.


What if you don't have the item I order?

Such a situation is least likely to arise as our systems reflect current and accurate stock at all times. However owing to some technical glitch  if situation does crop up where the order has been placed and there is no availability for the item/s, one of our team members will contact you by email or phone to inform of the delay and give an approximate date of shipping. We may also offer an alternate product to replace the one ordered.


What if price of mobile phone goes down one day after I’ve placed the order?

Prices may fluctuate based on our purchase price. However we extend a special benefit to our client. That is, if customer has not opened the sealed mobile box then he may consider the return for full refund within 3 days or replace it with another order, as per your wish.


Shipping & Delivery:

How long it takes to deliver my order?

Once we receive your mobile phone order, we call you immediately on phone number provided by you to confirm the address and other details like the most convenient time slot etc. Once details are confirmed, we deliver the order to your address in Nagpur within 2 hours.


What is the shipping cost?

All shipping and delivery are FREE


Can you ship outside Nagpur?

No, at the moment, we can only ship in Nagpur. But you can place an order online or via mail and pick it up from our store in Nagpur at your convenience.


Can I order online and pick the mobile phone from your store?

Yes, you can pick your order from our mobile showroom in Nagpur.


Can I pick up my order in person?

https:/  is a conventional mobile phone & accessories shop located at Kadbi chowk, open to public. You’re more than welcome to visit and pick up the phone! Just let us know in time so that we don’t send our representative to your address.


How can I track my order?

For local clients there is no need to track the order as we will deliver your preferred mobile phone or accessories within two hours at the address provided by you.


Is it possible to place order locally on an outstation address?

At the moment we aren’t facilitating online ordering for outstation clients. We’re setting up the process and as soon as it is finalized, we’ll notify customers of the same.


What is your delivery policy? attempts to deliver your order within city limits approximately within two hours on any working day. Although we may not be able to commit the exact delivery time, majority of orders placed here get delivered in less than two hours. For special cases or emergencies please mention the same while placing the order. If possible and feasible we will be happy to travel an extra mile.



Can I make payment by phone?

We’d like to reiterate the fact that there is no payment involved on our website. Customer can choose to pay in one of the following 3 ways:


  1. Pay Cash on Delivery: You pay cash to the representative who delivers the phone after confirming that you’re receiving a sealed box. You are not allowed to unlocked/open the seal without making payment for the same. However you can open the package in which sealed mobile is being packed. Please also note that the delivery person is skilled at handling mobile phones and will wait until customer is satisfied with the purchase and is explained all the details regarding using the handset upon request.


  1. Pay by Credit Card: The Delivery Rep will carry a credit card machine. Customer needs to show his ID that will have to match with credit card through which he is making payment, and only then the delivery person will swipe the card.


  1. Finance options: This requires pre-approval and a bit of paper work a little in advance. It’s simple as the customer only needs to show ID and sign. Upon approval Mobile Paradise will receive payment from Bank directly. Customer will pay monthly instalment to bank directly as per agreement.

Is there additional charge for card payment or finance option?

There is a 2% card processing charge for all card payments. The conditions for finance option vary with the mobile brand and finance amount. We’ll discuss it once the order request is received.


Do I need approval for financing and does this payment method delay delivery?

Yes, you need to submit documents when finance option is chosen. It takes anywhere 12-48 hours to get approval from our partner banks. We will contact you for documents after we are in receipt of your online mobile order.


What if I want to cancel my order?

Customer pays nothing until he/she physically receives the ordered handset or accessories. It is our policy to call and confirm the order before sending delivery of the phone. However, for any reason if customer decides to change his mind at the time of delivery, there would be no charges. You can simply refuse the delivery when order arrives or call us to convey your refusal.

Do I need to get my mobile for repair to your showroom?

Not necessarily. We can have it picked up and dropped (post repair/new/used) if it’s not convenient for you to come. Pick up and drop is FREE if repair is done through us; in other cases we will charge you a modest sum of INR100 to cover petrol charges of our representative. Also, we shall convey the problem to take approval ahead of starting work on it. You can pay repair & commuting charges to the representative who comes to deliver your phone.
